Professor Elam

Tim Geithner actually well apparently opposes the proposed tax on every wall street transaction. Dems have now dreamed up the idea of taxing every buy and sell on wall street. This of course would immediately drive all transactions elsewhere, out of the country. This of course is not popular in NYC or with former Wall Streeter Geithner. I am personally glad to know there is some tax idea that someone in the administration actually opposes.
