Picture 16 The Big Mac Index attempts to show overvalued currencies by calculating the price of a Big Mac in various currencies. The ones at top are over valued. Sure enough the Euro is selling off this morning.

In China there are a lot more people to sell Big Mac(s) to; it seems that the price of a Big Mac should be lower in China. In Europe the people prefer fine foods, not junk foods, plus they like to take their time when eating. McDonalds is a fast food place, it probably cost more money to serve a Big Mac in Europe because they have to work faster. Americans prefer a reasonable price for their fast foods. Fast foods should be cheap and slow fine dinning should cost more. I think that Europe got their fast food dinning backwards. ACCT 3314-350 Student.

I suspect a French MCD looks different from a USA MCD, anyone been there?
