Atlanta based Intercontinental Exchange ICE is in talks to buy NYSE Euronext. One of the aims of Dodd Frank is to push off exchange derivative trading onto exchanges, as Rick Santelli suggested a couple of years back on CNBC. We will be disucssing futures, options, and such trading in both intermediate classes this fall.
