I distributed an articl form t he WSJ Heard on the Street  on JCP in class, using it to demonstrate an understanding of theequity portion of the JCP developing land around their North Dallas Plano location. .

JCP is postetially facing a cash crunch and will need al the income it can gather for the next two quarters.
