Rear Admiral Timothy Giardina the number 2 commander of US nuclear forces was fired from the job. 

A 1979 Naval Academy Graduate  had his DNA on the underside of an adhesive sticker used to alter genuine $1 poker chips to look like $500 chips.  He was caught using the chips in June of 2013. 

If you saw the movie Casino and how deNiro dealt with someone cheating in his Casino, I am stunned Tim could continue to be in any casion, but apparently continued his 15 hour per week habit.
