Weekend August 9, 2015
Tracie Lynn is my favorite female country singer. When I saw she would appear at Santa Fe Connection in Wimberly, I knew it was a must see event.
Tracie is a talented performer and song writer. She performs in both the Central Texas area as well as
Houston and I suspect in Nashville when there working on song writing.
The venue was outside where thoughtful proprietor Dan Moore had positioned appreciated umbrellas and such for shade. A nice breeze kept things wonderfully pleasant as a group of Tracie Fans enjoyed her singing.
I enjoyed visiting with Tracie during a break about her song writing and when we might expect the next album. We also discussed the possibility of selling digital songs off her website.
Santa Fe Connection in Wimberly is just that. The store boasts, well let Don tell it in his own words.
We travel extensively world wide to bring our customers fantastic finds in sculpture, folk art, pottery, painting, one of a kid jewelry, and exotic elements for your home. Our retail direction is unabashedly Southwestern.
was drawn to the 'back room' which boasted some fine blow glass artworks.
I purchased this glass parrot for the wife. And I could not pass up a pink flamingo as well. She was delighted.
Next time you are in the area of Wimberly, stop by Santa Fe Connection right on t the main street of Ranch Road 12 on your right before the main intersection of town.
