While those students are unable to sign up as attendees, per our discussion last week, we would like to get some student volunteers to assist with the conference registration process. I have included the requested time slots and number of students below. If you think those two student would be willing to assist with the morning registration rush (7am – 10am), then they are welcome to attend the rest of the conference as our guest.
For the other two time slots, the students volunteering in those are welcome to attend the session immediately preceding and/or immediately following their time slot.
Time slots and number of TAMU San Antonio student volunteers requested:
· 7am – 10am 2-3 Students to assist with registration
· 10am – 12pm 1 Student to assist with any late registration
· 12pm – 2pm 1 Student to assist with any late registration
We would like to be able to finalize attendee lists and start preparing badges the week before the conference so if you could provide us with the names and emails of students interested in volunteering and the associated time slot by Friday, February 12th, that would be great.
As of 2/9/16 at 11 25 AM we have only the 12 – 2 slot open, please observe the rules of attending the conference. Our attendance is a privilege not a right and could be rescinded if the rules are not followed.
