Any local jail cannot begin to hold everyone incarcerated for even a week's time. So the bail bond business is a necessity.
Judging who to bail however is surely quite a psychological challenge.
He points out that the bondsman is making 10% on his invested capital in a matter of weeks.That is a significant annual return.
