After the success of the first two Godfather films, others detailing the era filled in the blanks.

Here is my chronological list, at one point the original Godfather I & II was recut into time order instead of all the flashbacks used in II, that would be better but here we go

Godfather III frankly is a disappointment, not up to the standard of the first two and adds nothing in terms of Vegas and mob development
