BIOGRAPHY:

Tyson is committed to providing a high degree of service through his knowledge of accounting issues and commitment to clients and the accounting profession.

Tyson is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Degree. Tyson specializes in accounting, auditing and business consulting services to various industries including manufacturing, construction, retail, oil and gas, real estate and various non-profit organizations. Tyson has expertise in GAAP and tax basis financial statements for small, medium and large family-owned business as well as SEC registrants. Tyson and his wife Shandlyn have two girls and enjoy spending time doing various outdoor activities.

Paul joined ADKF in 2016. He is a native Texan and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has been a practicing auditor since 2008.
