Now, the reason I will be spending a lot of time in class connecting to that real world is to bridge just what Guido is talking about, hopefully you will remember more if we can connect the study to a reality.
$20 for a diploma! Sign me up! Sadly, this does have some truth to it though. I recently approached a friend who has a BBA of Accounting to help me with a concept I was having difficulty with. The reply was that, “I might have a degree in Accounting but I didnt retain a single thing in college. Back then our professors just passed us and we were lucky to get through a few chapters in a semester.”
How sad.
