ONe reporter yesterday on television observed that Caroline would never have gotten into Harvard if she had not been a Kennedy, ouch! Well? Umm… You Know… If I were a reporter, I would have said, “No, I don’t know. Can you enlighten me?” When someone is giving a lecture with a lot of add ins, I sometimes start playing a game of counting how many times they use that word or phrase. I have tried very hard to remove the word LIKE and YA’LL from my vocabulary for that reason.
