   Great post, a true leader is one that will put him or herself out front, leading by example. Now don’t ask Dr. Green what to do with the chickens and we’re all okay!

   For me…. the picture depicts this poor rooster running for his life from all the chickens and it just so happened someone took this picture and it looks like he’s going ahead of the crowd “leading” them…
