Okay, ready for this?  A Chinese wind turbine firm with financing from a private venture group in Austin, Tx is investing in a West Texas Wind Farm using US Stimulus money. It gets better..

The symbol is APWR, listed on the NASDAQ as Chinese citizens cannot invest in  Chinese firms

On KSAT12 news there will be a report on a family in Kerrville who has no energy bills whatsoever. I think this could be a good plan for future energy saving. They are going to show it at 10pm and probably post it on the website.

I look forward to hearing what they are doing, but prior to Tom Edison getting that electric think going, other than kerosene for the lamps, most folks had low energy bills but very little air conditioning and even less television.

True, we have depended a lot on energy because of how fast technology is growing. Nobody wants to go back to the “old” days but perhaps that is what might happen if we keep using the energy’s resources and if the recession gets super bad.
