The future looks grim for the 4500 Saab employees. A sale to a Swedish firm has fallen through due to financing difficulties. GM has only sold a handful of Saabs here this year. This is the third GM sale to fail this year.

Well it looks like the good guys from Sweden are going to be axed pretty soon. If a deal keeps falling through then it seems as though its fate is to end. Unless these guys from Asia that are still interested pull the trigger and agree on how to go about with the brand then it still has some hope. In the end I believe Saturn will not be alone when Saab joins them soon
