I enjoyed listening to Mr. Howard speak. He gave good tips and I can relate to number 9) Small is BIG. I have been at my job 9 years, and took the jobs no one wanted to do; however, by doing that I was able to receive promotions and able to build my resume with these additional skills. I am able to move transfer within just because I have these extra skills.
