real estate. One well to do Ms. Merriweather bult this in Palm Beach in 1924.She left it to the government which decided it was too much to maintain. The Donald shrewdly bought it in 1985 for a mere $10 M. If you think that is high, click and take the tour, it was a steal.

I think that place could go for a billion dollars it looks amazing. I took the virtual tour and I think the government wanted to give it away. Just like on my earlier post on “Minkow” I think our government needs some ethical people because they just gave this away to a billionaire.

I looked at the pictures of Donald Trump’s palace in Florida and it looks amazing!! This palace is probably worthy over a $100 millions dollars or more. I can’t believe that is has 33 bathrooms! You are right, Mr. Trump knows what he is doing when it comes to making an investment (buy low and make improvement on the property, so that you can make more money). “It’s Not Personal, It’s Business.”
