This article details that Japan has stayed a supplier to firms like Apple rather than becoming a leader like Apple or Samsung.

This is an exc ellent example of how Sony lost the race. Decades ago, Sony was the Apple of its day. Its Trinitron tv was the best. It invented the Walkman, the analog  forerunner of the iPod. And then, it bought a movie studio and lost its way.

Thousands of US servicemen returned from Viet Nam with high grade stereos from Sansui, Yamaha, Marantz and others. RCA had lost the day. Yamaha is still around but sells surround sound tv systems in Best Buy, hardly a competitor to the American made MacIntosh it once was.

This is an excellent article on leadership and design.

this was the worst day of my year but it is a pretty cool article. this day my ex girlfriend and her daughter died..I was still in love with both of them. A druck hit her parked car on interstate ten. she had a flat.i have her old car that i bought off her after driving it for the four years we where together. i love sound systems i just recently bought to kenwood 12 inch subwoofers. I have a pioneer sound system with a usb connection i bought a walmart for about eighty dollars. with thaat usb connection you can play mp3 on the memory sticks. im not sure where these devices are made but it will make me consider whos putting out what. because technology is always changing and just like you said in class india is putting out cheap tablets so every one can have acess to the newest of technology. on kid put on a pesentation that said the stock price of tin has gone up because that is one of the main materials used in producing the ipad.
