Wendy's claims the fastest drive thru window.

We will study standards in cost managerial later this semester. This is a branch of statisitcs referred to as

queing theory. I understand that some fast foods are installing a second drive in window.

And then there is Sonic where everyone has their own drive in window…

I am waiting to see the statistics or even news that will tell us about the trend that will begin one day called “DT-Rage” (Drive Thru-Rage). Have you seen how some people act when they think they should be next? The concept is great but the design of the double ordering system is not driver-friendly. I wonder how many fender benders there have been.

IN hte ever growing entitlement society this is not surprising. An extended period of negative social mood expresses itself in different ways.First road rage now drive thru rage.

Fastest time? I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years due to the long lines and wrong orders. I have also seen drivers leave with road rage after waiting in line because they got the wrong order and no time to complain because they spent their lunch hour in line. Road rage because they have to eat something they didn’t order in the car as the head back to the office. Wendy’s must not have used the San Pedro location to claim the fastest drive thru time.
