We read and wrote reports on Mr. Wynn in Principles of Management spring 2012 (Dr. Gerald). I accept many of his business principles and decisions as he is a person that knows his stuff. Though I would not like to see him in the Oval Office, I sure would like to see him send Obama a copy of Dave Ramsey’s library.

It is a no brainer, everyone knows that if you want to jump start the job sector you either have to create jobs from thin air, as the stimulus plan was supposed to do, or you give small business’s a sound financial reason to hire people. I don’t understand how people can look at a failed plan and say “well it didn’t work the first two times so maybe we just need to do it bigger this time”. I think the disconnect is that in a small business environment people get hurt, and that is something the government is trying very hard to not let happen.

This is an incredible report because it allows the time for listeners to analyze and interpret the timeline of events. I agree with Mr. Wynn when he said the number one problem facing America is Jobs. Yet this administration chose to alter Healthcare. Healthcare needs to be fixed with small changes apposed to one huge change. TQM teaches us constant improvement with small changes will succeed in the end. We should scrap Obamacare, scrap QE 3, and begin the long road to recovery.
