Please share the attached informational flyer with your accounting majors and other business students who may be interested in pursuing CPA certification.  The San Antonio CPA Society’s annual Accounting Careers Workshop is scheduled for Friday, October 4, 2013, in the SACPAS Training Center, SACU Building, 901 NE Loop 410, Ste 420, San Antonio, TX, 78209, featuring a panel of CPAs representing the Big Four, a publicly-traded retail entity, an international technology leader and an energy corporation.  Moderator is accounting recruiter Mark Goldman, CPA.

Our members are also sponsoring first-year student memberships for those have not been members in the past.  This is the only opportunity to take advantage of this offer for the 2013-14 academic year.

Sponsoring accounting firms and major employers will be on hand for a meet-the-firms opportunity both before and after the workshop.  Registration  and networking begin at 5:30 p.m. and the program runs from 6 until 8 p.m.  Light refreshments will be available.  Business appropriate attire is strongly suggested.
