Meet Ruth Porat, Google's new CFO. She is receiving a $5 M one time signing bonus and a $65 M stock option grant.
Her resume of a cornucopia of NE Corridor done right. And she is politically connected to, well everyone from Morgan Stanley to Hillary Clinton. I see Stanford, London School of Economics, Wharton on her resume but nothing about CPA.
Lesson, if you are well connected enough, you don't have to sit for exams.
I’m curious to see what the job description for the Google CFO required. Is it the connections she has that Google is after?

An article was published this week noting that google has met with White House officials once a week for some time, not making the same mistake MSFT and Apple made, the job description I suspect it
Who is on your Rolodex or speed dial, she has quite a few in DC, note she advised on the financial crisis, historically a lot of the same people show in admin after admin no matter which party is in power
